Senior Construction Project Manager

Lead large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout; oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and daily operations; coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure project success; monitor performance and proactively resolve issues impacting schedule or budget; manage subcontractor relationships, contracts, and deliverables; ensure safety, quality, and adherence to company procedures; provide leadership to project teams, maintain strong client relationships, and deliver accurate reporting and forecasting; drive the project to successful completion on a $10 million commercial project with focus on schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.
