Job Summary
Senior Construction Project Manager oversees all stages of the project life cycle from bidding to execution across healthcare, higher education, and institutional sectors; acts as point-of-contact for clients, subcontractors, field personnel, and senior management; manages project bidding, contract negotiation, and budgets; provides timely status reports to stakeholders; travels to project sites occasionally; supports business development and project closeout.
Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years of construction management experience
- strong organizational and project management skills
- leadership abilities and desire to develop teams
- industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- detail-oriented and strong communication skills
- realistic opportunity to become a PX or Operations Manager within 2-4 years
