Senior Construction Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead multi-million-dollar federal construction projects from planning through close-out; supervise teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage budgets and schedules ( Primavera P6 preferred ) to deliver high-impact government infrastructure. Develop safety plans and serve as main point of contact for owners, engineers, and architects. Prequalify subcontractors, analyze bids, prepare contracts, create logistics plans, oversee startup, permits, mobilization, and document control. Update schedules, track RFIs/RFPs/Change Orders, ensure quality control, expedite submittals/deliveries, review reports, approve invoices, and manage payments; mentor and develop staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering (civil/structural), or related
- Minimum 10 years' construction experience
- Proficient in senior project management duties
- Experience in architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical
- Financial accounting knowledge
- Strong communication, writing, conflict resolution, organizational skills
- Willingness to travel/relocate
