Senior Construction Procurement Manager (On-site) - Corsicana, Texas, or Sweetwater, Texas

Senior Procurement/Sourcing Manager sought to support hyperscale data center construction projects as the owner’s representative. Responsibilities include procurement planning, sourcing oversight, owner-direct procurement, long-lead item tracking, procurement reporting, and procurement risk management. You will review procurement packages, scopes, drawings, proposals, exclusions, assumptions, and lead times to support Owner decision-making; evaluate contractor and vendor proposals for alignment with scope, budget, schedule, and commercial expectations; coordinate with project managers, construction managers, cost managers, schedulers, contracts, legal, finance, GC/CM teams, vendors, and client stakeholders; monitor procurement performance, prepare status reports, and assist with risk mitigation and closeout. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in related procurement roles; on-site role in Corsicana, TX or Sweetwater, TX; no H-1B sponsorship indicated.
