Job Summary
Lead projects through construction phases for water transmission pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities by coordinating with EORs, sub-consultants, utility owners, and contractors. Prepare and review documentation for disputes including RFIs, change orders, and claims while utilizing internal Project Management Information Systems. Direct staff, manage construction administration phases, and lead monthly progress meetings with the owner and design team. Forecast staffing requirements, monitor subconsultant costs, and present findings to clients through effective oral and written communication.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years construction supervisory experience
- at least 5 years of previous construction manager experience
- OSHA Training
Desired Qualifications
- BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering
- PE license
- 18 + years of water/wastewater project experience pump stations and pipelines
- Excel, Bluebeam, Microsoft Suite, and Procore experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field
- relevant field experience
- Utilize internal Project Management Information Systems
- Procore experience
- OSHA training
