Senior Construction Manager

Job Summary
Oversee electric distribution construction contractors at district level ensuring safety, quality, and alignment with project goals. Coordinate pre-construction meetings, plan and monitor contractor work, inspect and approve field work, ensure accurate as-built vs invoicing records, maintain current distribution maps/diagrams, ensure compliance with the Line Extension Policy and the National Electric Safety Code, manage coordination with project managers, technicians, and inspectors, and provide day-to-day technical direction while driving process improvements. Acts as SME on electrical distribution construction issues, maintain security of confidential information, and stay abreast of technology. Supervisory responsibilities include providing technical direction and instruction to contractors or client crews. Requires knowledge of NEC/NESC, mapping systems (Maximo, Argus), and strong communication skills; physical ability to work in varied conditions and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Engineering Technology or related field (preferred)
- 8-10 years of electrical distribution or transmission experience
- Crew foreman experience is required
- Working knowledge of Outlook and MS Office products
- Working knowledge of Maximo and Argus Mapping System
- DOL Certified Journeyman preferred
- Valid Driver's License
