Senior Construction Manager

Oversee electric distribution construction at district level, coordinating and inspecting work performed by electrical distribution contractors; ensure alignment with safety policy, Line Extension Policy, and National Electric Safety Code; manage schedules, approvals of contractor work, and accuracy of as-built vs. invoicing; provide day-to-day technical direction, maintain performance matrices, and stay abreast of technology advancements; collaborate with project managers, design leads, and field teams to reflect recent facility additions in maps/diagrams; ensure contractor compliance with applicable standards and client specifications; lead pre-construction meetings and drive process improvements; supervise and guide contractor crews and Think Power Solutions’ staff as required.
