Job Summary
Oversee construction management activities across assigned projects in Westborough, MA. Manage production schedules and ensure all homes are 100% complete before closing. Monitor quality and safety programs including Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. Review architectural designs for compliance with building codes, life safety, ADA regulations, and zoning. Manage customer relationships, budgets, trade-partner performance, and field purchases. Authorize payments, ensure schedule adherence, conduct community reviews, and lead a team of Construction Managers in a high-production environment. Strong proficiency in reading blueprints and using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; able to lead presentations and coordinate with multiple departments. On-site presence 5 days/week at jobsites in Westborough and surrounding area.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4-6 years prior relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license
