Senior Construction Manager - Multifamily Construction - Charlotte, NC

Manage overall project management from kickoff through successful completion for multi-family construction sites. Oversee design development, specifications, and material submittals while coordinating design professionals and securing required permits. Direct and coordinate construction activities across multiple sites by supervising and managing project superintendents. Control project budgets, direct costs, contracts, purchase orders, change orders, scheduling, and reporting to senior management. Prior Owner's Rep or Project Management experience required with a background in podium, mid-rise, and parking deck construction. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Timberline software is essential.
