Job Summary
Senior Project Manager overseeing large-scale Public and Commercial construction projects. Lead the operations division by directing field supervisory personnel and subcontractors, serving as the primary interface with owners, architects, and engineers to drive projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include approving budgets, schedules, and contracts; conducting rigorous jobsite audits of time, cost, quality, and safety; managing cost and resource allocation; ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and the company’s Quality Improvement Plan; mentoring Project Managers and direct reports; and maintaining strong stakeholder relations. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, 6+ years of construction management experience (10+ years preferred on projects >$100M), and a General Contractors license is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a strategic, detail-oriented approach. Background check and drug test are required. Relocation package available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years in construction management, with strong preference for over 10 years on projects over 100 Million
- General Contractors License preferred
- All prospective employees must pass a comprehensive background check and drug test prior to employment
