Senior Construction Manager

Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple data center construction projects, from new builds to fit-outs, ensuring successful completion on time and within budget. Manage contracts, procurement, and on-site works while leading project teams and supervising contractors. Act as the owner of quality, schedule, cost, and HSE standards, identifying cost-saving opportunities to protect target values and ensure predictable capacity delivery. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. Contribute to continuously improving design, scope definition, and execution of construction programs through a culture of partnership and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in construction project management
- Strong experience with project management methodologies
- Proven experience in continuous process improvement
- Experience working in an international environment
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
Desired Qualifications
- preferably in data centers or a similar mission-critical environment
