Requires 10+ years of construction management experience and bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant construction management or owners representative experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean, both written and spoken
- Ability to liaise effectively between Korean-speaking clients and U.S.-based English-speaking subcontractors
- Willingness to travel as required for project coordination and client meetings
- Strong understanding of U.S. construction standards, safety protocols, and project delivery methods
