Senior Construction Manager to lead multi-phase construction of hyperscale data-center campuses across the U.S., overseeing civil, structural, MEP, and TI, managing contractors, budgets, schedules, and safety; requires 7+ years, bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, experience with base build and TI delivery, Procore/Primavera/MS Project/Bluebeam, travel up to 30%, and advanced leadership capabilities. Bonus points for hyperscale data center or large-scale project leadership and certifications (PMP, CCM, PE).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 7+ years of experience managing large industrial, data center, or complex commercial projects
- Strong experience in both base build and TI delivery
- Deep understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Advanced scheduling and project management skills (Procore, Primavera/MS Project, Bluebeam)
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills
- Travel up to ~30%
