Senior Construction Manager -Airport Terminal Projects

Senior Construction Manager III to support terminal modernization and capital improvement projects at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Manage day-to-day construction activities for major airport improvement projects and coordinate with contractors, designers, consultants, and airport stakeholders. Monitor project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety performance; review construction plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders; support project planning, phasing, commissioning, testing, and turnover activities; participate in stakeholder meetings and project coordination efforts; identify project risks and develop solutions to maintain schedule and budget goals; monitor contractor performance and construction progress; assist with resolution of field issues and construction challenges; prepare project status reports and communicate progress to leadership teams; promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and collaboration.
