Job Summary
Manage construction and pre-commissioning of assigned sites by overseeing safety, quality, schedule, and cost, ensuring compliance with HSE rules, QAQC standards, and contract requirements. Lead inter-disciplinary interfaces between partners and subcontractors while resolving claims, disputes, and changes within the project timeline. Report monthly on safety performance, quality metrics, budget consumption, and milestone achievements to stakeholders. Coordinate site mobilization, vendor representation, and resource planning with the Project Manager, then execute a smooth handover to the commissioning team. Support proposal development, project optimization, and North American site activity coordination, including resource mobilization and invoicing.
Required Qualifications
- Valid employment authorization in the U.S.
- Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's Degree in Science (Civil or Mechanical preferred)
- 15+ years experience in E&C site construction activities (mastering Civil, Structure, Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical, Flat Bottom Tank, Pre-commissioning works)
- 5+ years experience in site safety and quality
- Extensive knowledge in sub-contracting management, budget, scheduling and progress
- Basic knowledge of Engineering in all disciplines and process
- 100% travel (assigned on construction sites)
