Job Summary
Compile accurate cost estimates for construction or manufacturing projects by evaluating project scope and developing financial summaries that adhere to budget and schedule constraints. Lead heavy civil and roadway estimating efforts covering removals, grading, concrete structures, aggregate placement, airport runways, and related scopes. Utilize industry-standard software including HCCS, Heavy Bid, AGTEK, OST, P6, and Excel to drive financial analysis. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and five years of relevant estimating experience. Apply or email resumes to Admin@viperstaffing.com.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college, technical school or university in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of heavy civil / roadway estimating experience including removals, grading, concrete structures, aggregate placement, airport runways and related scopes of work or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of Estimating including software like HCCS, Heavy Bid, AGTEK, OST, P6, Excel or equivalent
