Job Summary
Provide estimate and cost planning including conceptual, programming, and detailed level quantity surveys for major construction projects. Assist with feasibility studies, benchmark library contributions, and third-party cost assurance through report writing and presentations. Manage procurement stages from pre-qualification to bid analysis, while conducting constructability reviews and valuations on larger projects. Produce monthly cost reports, participate in change control processes, and maintain liaison with clients and consultants across all project stages.
Required Qualifications
- On-site presence
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction from a four-year college or university or related equivalent experience
- three (3) years of significant quantity survey and pricing experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior experience as a project or field engineer
- Demonstrated experience working as a lead estimator on large scale and complex construction projects
- Demonstrate experience of all elements of estimating construction projects, including but not limited to Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP elements
- US construction experience
- Proven track record managing large-scale and complex projects

- Competency using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CostX, Bluebeam
