Senior Construction Estimator - Multifamily and Commercial Construction - Base Salary to 150k/year - Grand Junction, CO

Senior Construction Estimator leading the estimating process for ground-up multifamily, commercial, and related construction projects. Prepare complete cost estimates, review plans/specifications, perform quantity takeoffs, develop budgets and contingency plans, solicit and negotiate subcontractor/supplier pricing, prepare bid proposals and pre-bid packages, and coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and ownership throughout preconstruction. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on estimating experience) and 5+ years of estimating experience for multifamily and commercial construction; proficiency with Procore, JobTread/JobTrend, Bluebeam, Excel, and MS Office; strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
