Job Summary
Senior Construction Development Manager leads corporate real estate capital projects across India, Asia, and Europe, including a ground-up facility in India, property upgrades, and tenant improvements. Coordinates projects from initial proposal through closeout as the main delivery lead in India, partnering with business units, IT, finance, and legal to define requirements, success criteria, and governance. Oversees programming, feasibility analysis, design development, value engineering, procurement, bid processes, contract negotiations, vendor management, and cross-functional execution to ensure schedule, budget, quality, safety, and compliance. Manages budgets, forecasts, CAPEX, change orders, and payment applications; conducts site visits and mitigates risks; prepares executive updates and coordinates project closeout and post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement. Requires executive presence, strong collaboration, and international travel. Preferred: direct experience in India and regional portfolios across APAC and Europe; certifications such as PMP, CCM, LEED AP, MRICS.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or related field
- 10+ years leading complex commercial construction and development projects
- Experience delivering corporate office, technology campus, R&D, or headquarters facilities across multiple countries
- Strong expertise in project controls, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration
- Strong communication, negotiation, and collaborator management skills; ability to travel internationally
- Professional certifications: PMP, CCM, LEED AP, MRICS, or equivalent
