Job Summary
Senior Connector Design Engineer responsible for leading RF/microwave component design from concept through production, developing innovative solutions for connectors, adapters, cable assemblies, antennas, and related assemblies; perform simulations with HFSS, ADS, CST; interpret drawings and specifications; ensure design for manufacturability, conduct testing for RF performance (VSWR, insertion loss, return loss, PIM); collaborate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and suppliers; mentor junior engineers and drive cross-functional projects; define product specifications and standards to meet customer needs.
