Job Summary

Senior Configuration Analyst, Workday responsible for configuring Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Talent, Absence), supporting system enhancements and releases, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to continuous improvement across the Workday ecosystem. Partner with IT, People Teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions, develop and maintain reports and analytics, manage data loads using EIBs, provide Tier 2 user support, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security protocols. Role requires attention to detail, strong collaboration, and ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • 5+ years of experience supporting and configuring Workday, with hands-on experience in one or more functional areas (e.g., Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Talent, Absence)
  • Workday Pro Certification(s) in relevant modules preferred
