Senior Conference Producer responsible for conceptualising and managing large-scale conferences, including ownership of agenda development, coordinating 100+ high-profile speakers, and producing post-event reports. Role requires engaging with government stakeholders, securing speaking opportunities, and collaborating with local programming partners to enhance B2B visibility. Candidates should have five+ years in conference production, strong English communication, copywriting and brand-awareness skills, proficiency with Word/Excel, and the ability to leverage AI tools. This maternity-cover contract is tied to Cityscape Global and other major Saudi events, with remote work option available and a relocation-eligible path to a similar full-time role after the cover period.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ experience in conference production
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Speaks and writes clearly and fluently in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Copywriting skills
- Commercial awareness
- Brand and market awareness
- Capability to leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
