Job Summary
The Senior Conceptual Designer will lead the creative direction and design for AI-enhanced campaigns, focusing on generating high-quality content for renowned brands. This role entails developing scalable design workflows, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance, and mentoring junior designers. Key responsibilities include designing AI pipelines, creating visual assets for multiple channels, and transforming existing content for new campaigns. Ideal candidates will have a strong portfolio in generative AI work, mastery of essential design software, and experience in creative production at scale.
Required Qualifications
- Portfolio showing standout generative AI work and high craft design across social, ecommerce, and motion, ideally for large consumer brands.
- Mastery of prompt design, reference control, and postproduction to achieve repeatable, on-brand outcomes.
- Proven ability to take ideas from moodboard to final delivery.
- Expertise with relevant design tools, including Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, and others.
- Experience leading end-to-end creative production at scale.
- Ability to present ideas and explain AI methods to non-technical stakeholders.
