Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain data systems and software to create and sustain modernized data science environments for military intelligence decision-making. Execute Testing, Evaluation, Verification, and Validation (TEVV) protocols to assess AI system performance, robustness, and fairness, while developing corrective actions based on analysis results. Integrate machine learning algorithms, including MIMOSA prediction models, to support intelligence search and discovery missions, and correlate technical findings into narrative products. Collaborate with statisticians to apply statistical models for predictive analysis and strategy development, ensuring system maintenance schedules are implemented effectively. Requires an Active TS/SCI clearance and 12+ years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, with a minimum of 17 years of experience or Master's degree with a minimum of 12 years of work experience
- Experienced in algorithm development, data structures, and software development practices
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Experienced in utilization of the Quality Assurance Framework and standards
- Experienced in advanced analytics, machine learning, and data integration methodologies
- Experienced with intelligence databases, software, and analytical tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with users and stakeholders
- Capacity to adapt to changing situations to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Active TS/SCI
- Ability to obtain a Poly
- US Citizenship
