Job Summary
Architect, build, unit-test, and deploy cloud-native microservices, event-driven integrations, and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Azure or AWS. Continuously apply AI development tools and Agentic AI frameworks to elevate developer productivity and code quality. Partner with Business Analysts, QA, Operations, and Release Management across the full SDLC to ensure alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture standards. Lead architecture reviews, establish engineering standards, and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance. Assist QA with functional validation and support Operations in diagnosing and resolving complex production issues. Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of overall IT experience
- 10+ years of hands-on Java application development
- Spring Boot expertise
- Proven background building RESTful microservices
- event-driven architectures (Kafka)

- Cloud-native application development on Azure or AWS
- frontend proficiency in JavaScript and React.js
- Strong knowledge of SQL
