Senior Compressor Mechanic - Relocate to Midland, TX

Lead the inspection, maintenance, overhaul, and repair of natural gas compressors and associated equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues and execute corrective actions to minimize downtime. Perform complex troubleshooting on engines, compressors, coolers, pumps, and control systems. Conduct regular preventative maintenance and ensure accurate documentation of all work. Support start-ups, shutdowns, and commissioning of compression units. Provide technical support and mentorship to junior mechanics and field technicians. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and HSE teams to maintain safe and efficient operations. Maintain compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within required timelines. Relocation to Midland, TX is required.
