Job Summary
Senior Compliance Specialist responsible for internal controls operation across COO, ensuring understanding of objectives and risk mitigation; prepare/revise SOPs for controls; complete control operations (financial/key/operational) accurately and timely; gather and store evidence; collaborate with customers/partners to align design and operation with process changes; raise control-related issues and drive timely closure; lead improvements to control processes and participate in audits; conduct process walkthroughs for external auditors; generate and dispatch data feed access declarations; coordinate internal meetings and responses to information requests; apply knowledge of control frameworks and tools to enhance day-to-day execution, including potential AI applications; strong emphasis on risk initiatives and alignment with Group risk standards; proficient in Microsoft Office and data analytics; seeking candidates with operations background and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Any bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability in Operations (e.g., Order Management/AP/AR)
- Understanding of internal control design and operation
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
