Job Summary
Lead regulatory elements for the design, oversight, and execution of transitioning financial products within an enterprise migration project. Provide clear guidance and requirements to project members while ensuring end-to-end compliance and regulatory practices integrate effectively into the bank. Identify, assess impact, and oversee implementation of changes; partner with business units to embed compliance into policies and operations. Deliver training and advisory support to stakeholders. This role supports the Group Risk & Compliance division on a six-month maximum term contract, focusing on Australian regulatory frameworks and ASIC financial services requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in compliance within banking or financial services
- Strong knowledge of Australian regulatory frameworks
- Required knowledge of ASIC financial services requirements
- Experience leading regulatory and project changes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the organisation
- Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
