Job Summary
Senior Compliance Officer to join EveryMatrix's Legal & Compliance team in Las Vegas. Responsibilities include monitoring US regulatory developments, maintaining US licenses, coordinating license applications for new US markets, advising internal stakeholders on compliance issues, drafting and implementing policies and procedures, preparing compliance reports and training, and representing the company at industry events and with regulators. Requires 3rd level qualification in Compliance/Law/Finance, 3+ years in iGaming compliance, knowledge of iGaming regulatory landscapes, licensing experience with regulators, experience with internal control frameworks, ability to write and develop processes, ability to advise stakeholders, project coordination, fluent English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- 3rd level qualification in Compliance, Law or Finance
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry
- Knowledge of iGaming regulatory landscapes
- Experience in licensing and liaising with regulators
- Experience with compliance and internal control procedures and frameworks
- Capacity to write, research and develop processes and procedures
- Ability to provide advice on compliance matters to stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate projects with various teams
- Fluency in English, including legal English
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
