Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to develop and implement a Compliance Management System, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements within the banking sector.
Required Qualifications
- 6 or more years of experience in bank compliance, auditing, lending, operations, regulatory examination, loan review, or legal counsel
- Strong understanding of consumer, commercial, and mortgage lending products
- Intermediate knowledge of banking regulations and compliance frameworks
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data analysis tools
Desired Qualifications
- CRCM certification
- Experience with compliance software and data mapping tools
