Senior Compliance Manager

Conduct daily compliance monitoring and testing for deposit and branch operations while coordinating regulatory change efforts. Oversee compliance program execution, support audit preparations and committee operations, and serve as the subject matter expert for compliance-related matters. Lead integration and due diligence efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and system conversions, and assist the BSA Officer with daily BSA/AML functions. Assist in developing and delivering training programs to ensure systems and procedures remain compliant with regulatory expectations.
