Senior Compliance Executive - EMEA Compliance Monitoring

Senior Compliance Executive to join Invesco’s EMEA Compliance Monitoring team in Henley-on-Thames. Lead and contribute to cross-regional thematic and continuous monitoring reviews across EMEA, manage end-to-end review lifecycle (planning, fieldwork, reporting, action tracking), support trade surveillance activities, contribute to strategic projects, and deliver management reporting for CCOs and senior stakeholders. Build relationships with key stakeholders, champion continuous improvement, and translate findings into actionable guidance. Requires proven experience in compliance monitoring or a regulatory role within asset management, strong knowledge of EMEA regulatory frameworks (FCA, CBI, CSSF, BaFin, AMF), excellent written and verbal communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Degree in Business/Finance or related field or equivalent experience; additional French or German language skills advantageous. Fully in-person office expectation with hybrid working arrangements (minimum four days per week in the office) as per workplace policy.
