Senior Compliance Executive / Compliance Manager

Job Summary
Partner with the Head of Compliance Ireland to safeguard the firm's regulatory framework and coordinate responses to Central Bank of Ireland enquiries. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive governance actions, oversee operational risk events, and translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions. Monitor regulatory developments, analyze management information for trends, and contribute to compliance reports for senior management and the Board. Maintain and enhance compliance policies, support Fitness & Probity obligations, and deliver targeted training to promote a strong compliance culture. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and key governance activities within a leading asset management firm.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Compliance or related role within the Funds or Asset Management industry, ideally within a management company environment
- Strong knowledge of the Irish regulatory framework, including UCITS, CP86, AML requirements, Fitness & Probity, and the Individual Accountability Framework
- Experience interpreting regulatory requirements and applying them in a practical business context
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
- Professional compliance qualification (e.g. LCOI)
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with the confidence to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver high-quality work within deadlines
- Collaborative approach combined with the confidence to challenge constructively where required
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine passion for promoting a strong culture of compliance
- Familiarity with the Central Bank of Ireland's regulatory reporting systems
Desired Qualifications
- Professional compliance qualification (e.g. LCOI) is desirable
