Job Summary
Senior Compliance Consultant lead projects for a client-facing regulatory advisory practice in investor services. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, delivering compliance monitoring reviews and AML/regulatory change initiatives, drafting/reg reviewing policies and regulatory reports, designing risk-based monitoring programmes, and mentoring junior team members while contributing to internal initiatives and business growth. Expertise in FCA regulations, asset management or related sectors, and strong stakeholder management are essential; degree education or professional qualifications (e.g., CISI) are noted as part of the qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, ideally within compliance consulting or a regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of FCA regulations, including AIFMs, MiFIDPRU, and the FCA Handbook
- Practical understanding of asset management, investment banking, or related sectors
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree education or relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CISI) with strong Microsoft Office skills
