Senior Compliance Consultant

Job Summary
Senior Compliance Consultant (Health & Welfare Benefits) Advise employers, brokers, TPAs, and PBMs on interpreting and applying evolving federal/state benefit regulations; respond to 12–15 daily compliance inquiries with 24-hour turnaround; develop and deliver webinars and trainings; author thought leadership content; monitor regulatory updates; mentor junior team members; collaborate cross-functionally on product development; travel 2–3 times per year for client and team engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in employee benefits compliance consulting
- Strong expertise across IRS, DOL, and CMS regulations
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, ACA, §125, MHPAEA, HIPAA
- Ability to translate complex regulatory information into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with compliance research tools (e.g., EBIA, Westlaw)
- JD preferred
