Job Summary
Senior Compliance and Legal Operations Manager responsible for leading corporate compliance and legal operations initiatives across the enterprise, translating strategy into executable plans. Exercises program management across compliance governance, policy training, investigations support, hotline processes, and record retention; leads Legal Operations initiatives for the Legal Center of Excellence, cross-functional coordination, and operational planning. Owns digital and AI-enabled transformation projects including CLM deployment, tool adoption, change management, and analytics to deliver actionable insights for leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7 years of experience in project management, legal operations, compliance, or complex enterprise program execution
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
