Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary
Provide Compliance guidance on existing and new products, processes, and business initiatives in Brazil. Assess whether products, procedures, and operations comply with applicable Brazilian Central Bank regulations and relevant market practices. Design, review, and implement Compliance policies, procedures, and controls. Support the development and execution of controls related to KYC, KYB, third-party due diligence, PEP screening, transaction monitoring, AML, and counter-terrorist financing requirements. Partner with Product, Innovation, Finance, Risk, Internal Controls, and Legal teams to provide clear regulatory guidance. Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the Brazilian Central Bank and coordinate responses to specific requests from the regulator. Work with the Central Compliance team in France to align local practices with global standards. Prepare and deliver internal training on Compliance requirements. Support regulatory inspections and supervision activities. Work 3 days per week in São Paulo.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of professional experience in Compliance within entities regulated by the Brazilian Central Bank
- Solid knowledge of Brazilian financial regulation and Compliance practices
- Experience working with AML, KYC, KYB, transaction monitoring and regulatory reporting
- Experience in a Payment Institution, financial institution, fintech or similar regulated environment
- Advanced or fluent English, with the ability to work regularly with international teams
- A degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- A proactive, pragmatic and solutions-oriented mindset
- The ability to manage projects and priorities in a fast-changing environment
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to work with teams at different levels of the organization
- In general, you will be asked to go to the office 3 times per week
