Senior Compliance Analyst

Senior Compliance Analyst on-site in Southaven, MS, collaborating with Mayo Clinic Compliance leadership to ensure adherence to Federal and State regulations (EMTALA, FCPA, FERPA, the Clery Act, Title IX) and Mayo Clinic policies; responsibilities include supervising analysts, overseeing investigations of employee and patient concerns, coordinating with Human Resources, conducting audits of EMTALA processes, developing and delivering in-person compliance training, leading multi-disciplinary workgroups, policy development, and risk mitigation related to confidential information and regulatory compliance; travel to other Mayo Clinic sites/training conferences may be required; role is limited-tenure with potential transition to a permanent position within a separate company.
