Job Summary
Oversee complex compliance operations across a healthcare MSO and affiliated California entities, leading monitoring, audit readiness, and investigations. Mentor junior staff and strengthen organizational controls to ensure effective program execution and audit readiness. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance, auditing, or regulatory environment
- Advanced knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, DMHC, CMS requirements)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements
- High level of attention to detail and organizational expertise
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and compliance systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Primarily a sedentary, hybrid role involving computer-based work with occasional travel
- May occasionally require lifting or moving items up to 15 pounds
