Senior Compliance Analyst - Card Brand

Senior Compliance Analyst - Card Brand responsible for managing payment network change management, interpreting and communicating network rules across North America, drafting and validating transaction requirements, and ensuring systems and processes stay compliant with network frameworks. Works on strategic advisory and new business enablement, advising on feasibility and implications of new products, services, or market expansions from a payment network perspective. Communicates complex technical scheme requirements and regulatory changes to technical and non-technical stakeholders, translates network requirements into practical implementation guidance, and supports cross-functional teams with risk assessment and guidance in ambiguous or high-risk scenarios. Must bring deep end-to-end payment processing knowledge, the ability to interpret complex rules, strong business acumen, demonstrated cross-functional leadership, comfort operating in ambiguity, and excellent written/verbal communication skills. This is a full-time role with a salary range of $91,900.00-$138,700.00 and may involve interactions with global teams and stakeholders.
