Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary
The Senior Compliance Analyst will assist with the day-to-day operations of the North America Compliance program, perform risk assessments, support misconduct investigations, administer the Compliance Hotline, conduct data analysis, train and guide business units on policies, and maintain audit-ready documentation; requires Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of investigations experience with strong analytical and Microsoft Office skills; U.S. work authorization is required with no sponsorship planned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- 4+ years of experience conducting legal, compliance, regulatory, or law enforcement investigations
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, presentation, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and complete cases and projects in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- High integrity level
- Attention to details
- Proficiency in the Microsoft family of products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- CCEP (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) or CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) is a plus
- Advanced experience with compliance-related software, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI), and Excel
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and investigation timelines simultaneously without direct supervision
