Job Summary
Conduct contract reviews for business partners to mitigate legal and reputational risks while resolving operational issues as the single point of contact. Maintain the Policy Governance Framework, including drafting, reviewing, and publishing compliance policies, alongside the Regulatory Impact Assessment process and conflict of interest controls. Execute risk-based due diligence screenings for clients and partners, ensuring audit-ready files and producing documented recommendations. Develop the annual compliance roadmap, monitor implementation progress, and generate management reporting on ethics KPIs and remediation status. Act as the SPOC for ESG reporting and EcoVadis certification, ensuring adherence to laws and internal policies across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of Compliance Risk Management
- Understanding of compliance risk identification, risk assessment, risk mitigation
- Understanding of the role of the second line of defense in overseeing compliance risk management
- Ability to prepare structured documentation, control reports, dashboards and presentations
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Economics, legal - high-level studies
- Previous experience in compliance functions: minimum 3 years
