Job Summary
Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end through regular trial preparation, investigation, court appearances, mediations, and depositions. Collaborate closely with other attorneys and partners while communicating with clients and providing reports. This role involves handling general liability, personal injury, transportation, and catastrophic injury matters within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will interact directly with sophisticated clients and internal teams of experienced professionals. Based in San Diego, Los Angeles, or Orange County, this position offers a flexible hybrid arrangement for an attorney with 8+ years of defense litigation experience.
Required Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in California
- Good standing member of the CA Bar
- 8+ years of defense litigation experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to integrate into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with defending Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation, and other civil litigation matters
- Client-facing experience
- First chair trial experience
- Legal project management experience
