Senior Compiler Engineer

Senior Compiler Engineer role in Riverlane, Cambridge (UK) with a hybrid working arrangement. You will design and build system tools such as compilers, emulators, profilers and debuggers; implement correct, maintainable compiler optimizations and analyses across IR levels; own a substantial portion of the software stack for error-corrected quantum computing; mentor and lead engineers; collaborate with other teams to integrate software and hardware artifacts with the compiler; work with scientists to implement new error-correcting codes and runtimes for decoders. Candidates should have experience with compilers (LLVM MLIR or similar), IR design and optimization passes; proficiency in Python and C++ or Rust; and an interest in the quantum open-source ecosystem.
