Job Summary
Senior Compensation Strategy & Systems Manager at Replit responsible for architecting the compensation engine, data infrastructure, and AI-enabled workflows to drive fast, accurate, and transparent compensation decisions. Own compensation strategy across cash and equity; design salary bands, leveling frameworks, and equity structures; partner with People Ops, Recruiting, Finance, and Data to embed compensation into company workflows; build out data models, pipelines, and HRIS/ATS/equity platform integrations; design AI-assisted workflows for offers, merit, promotions, and market adjustments; develop dashboards and analytics to monitor market competitiveness, internal equity, and workforce cost. 8+ years in related roles preferred; strong collaboration with Data/Engineering teams and a product mindset; in-office Foster City, CA with remote options available.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in compensation, total rewards, or related analytical roles
- Deep expertise in salary bands, equity design, and market benchmarking
- Ability to translate policy into scalable workflows and decision logic
- Strong systems thinker with experience in data architecture and internal tooling
- Product-minded approach and willingness to operate hands-on
