Job Summary

Serve as the primary compensation advisor for Alliance Air Products and Mexico-based operations, designing job frameworks and conducting evaluations, market pricing analyses, and benchmarking for professional, managerial, and leadership roles. Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to guide compensation strategies, support governance across U.S. and Mexican operations, and lead projects related to acquisitions, workforce integration, and process improvement. Participate in annual programs including salary structure updates, merit planning, and compensation reviews while developing analytical models and dashboards. Evaluate leadership positions for market competitiveness and internal equity to establish scalable practices supporting international growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6+ years of progressive compensation experience
  • Professional fluency in both English and Spanish, including the ability to conduct business discussions and presentations in both languages
  • Experience supporting compensation cycles, including merit planning, salary structure administration, and market benchmarking
  • Strong knowledge of job evaluation, job architecture, leveling, and compensation program administration
  • Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to consult with leaders and influence compensation-related decisions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting compensation programs in Mexico, Latin America, or other international markets
  • Knowledge of Mexican labor practices, compensation regulations, and benefits programs
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed, or multi-business organization
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or progress toward certification
  • Experience with acquisitions, organizational design, or workforce integration projects
  • Familiarity with HRIS and compensation systems such as Workday, Payfactors, or similar platforms
  • Experience leveraging automation, AI, or digital tools to improve compensation processes
