Senior Compensation Contractor at Worldwide Global Total Rewards supporting M&A integration, salary and bonus harmonization, market pricing, job matching, benchmarking, and development of harmonized compensation frameworks. Role is project-based with independent contributor responsibilities, collaborating with Compensation, People Partners, Finance, and HR Operations to support offers, promotions, and organizational changes during integration. Requires data accuracy, governance, and compliance with compensation processes; 5–8+ years of experience and advanced Excel/HRIS proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5–8+ years of progressive compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics experience
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills; experience with HRIS and compensation systems
