Job Summary
Design and administer compensation programs, including pay for performance, salary structure modeling, and incentive plans. Conduct research, job analysis, and market analysis to ensure pay structures are competitive, equitable, and cost-effective. Develop recommendations, interpret regulatory guidelines, and assist in creating internal policies for compensation programs. Collect and analyze data for special projects while ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws and collective bargaining agreements.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years Compensation experience including data collection and analysis, working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws and exempt classifications
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science or related field
- Upon hire: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
- Healthcare experience
- Union environment experience
