Senior Compensation Consultant - Executive Compensation

Job Summary
Independent development, installation, and administration of executive compensation programs; evaluating hourly, salaried, and management positions; annual performance assessment alignment; design and maintenance of incentive and 457(f) plans; complex modeling for program design and budgeting; collaboration with HR partners to address compensation issues; active administration of compensation policies, salary surveys, and pay equity considerations; prepares executive documentation, employment agreements, and high-level communications; requires strong data analysis and proficiency with MS Office; 5 years HR/compensation experience and a Bachelor’s degree; healthcare experience preferred and Master’s/MBA and HR certifications beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resources or related field
- 5 years compensation or closely related HR experience
- Ability to work independently with management level staff
- Knowledge of HR applications
- Strong proficiency in data analysis
- Advanced proficiency Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Access
