Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist at DocMorris. Lead the design and governance of our compensation and benefits strategy, defining salary bands, bonus structures, and our benefits portfolio. Act as SME for remuneration in support of Labour Relations negotiations, partner with Finance and Tech on cross-functional C&B projects, and drive global compliance. Leverage Workday and AI-based tools for Equal Pay audits and automated calculation cycles, and apply predictive modelling to forecast financial impact of growth. Focus on delivering competitive, fair, and transparent remuneration for international colleagues across Europe, including cross-border tax considerations and union-related negotiations. Hybrid work arrangement with Heerlen office and remote flexibility.
